Shipping policy
Shipping costs (in AUD)
- Free shipping on orders of $90 or more (both our 2-pair and 3-pair packs ship free).
- $9.95 flat rate on orders under $90.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after your order ships. Timeframes can be longer during public holidays, peak periods or severe weather.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@shinshieldgear.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
